Shipping policy

All Kalli James Design Purchases will be shipped via Standard Australia Post or via Sendle within Australia. 

Orders placed before 5pm on Weekdays will be made and shipped from our studio within 3 business days. Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be shipped out by the following Wednesday.
If you choose Express Post your order will be posted out to you via Australia Post Express Parcel within 1 to 2 working days depending on the whether the item is customised.

For Custom orders please expect a Turnaround of 3-5 Business Days depending on the volume of orders we have instore and online. You will be contacted once we receive your order and will advise you of our turnaround time as soon as possible.

 
For International Orders there is a Postage Fee of $22.00 for regular mail.
Express Post on International Orders will be priced on application.
