A gold hard coating is applied as a base layer to provide long-lasting durability and is then Plated with real 18ct Gold for a bright luster.

The PVD coating allows our jewellery to be waterproof, tarnish resistant, sweat and regular wear resistant compared with standard gold plating.

PVD coating will last longer, even when scratched whereas a gold plated product when scratched will reveal the base material.

How do I take care of PVD Gold Plating?

PVD maintenance is simple. You can use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid products designed to remove tarnish or rust. Also avoid bleach and scouring pads, cleaning chemicals and caustic agents.
